All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Fredericksburg, Texas within 2–4 business days. During high-volume periods (such as holidays or special releases), processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery times:

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our shop in Fredericksburg, Texas.
If you select pickup at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Orders are typically available within 1–2 business days.
Mother’s Day & Holiday Orders
To ensure timely delivery for Mother’s Day and other holidays, we recommend placing your order in advance.
We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Blue Thistle Tea Bar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
